Job Description

Join the Storm Roster. Once accepted on the roster, you will be available to be deployed and work with our partner contractor locations.

About the Role
When the storm hits, we move. Storm Roster is looking for high-energy, resilient Traveling Sales Representatives to join our catastrophe response team. This isn’t a 9-to-5 desk job. You will be at the forefront of disaster recovery, traveling to storm-impacted regions (hail, wind, hurricane) to help homeowners and businesses navigate the restoration process. If you are a closer who loves the freedom of the road and the challenge of a “boots-on-the-ground” environment, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
Deployment & Canvassing: Rapidly deploy to storm-affected areas to conduct door-to-door assessments and lead generation.
Damage Identification: Perform initial roof and property inspections to identify hail bruises, wind uplift, and structural storm damage.
Claim Navigation: Educate property owners on the insurance claim process and sign contracts for restoration services.
Project Liaison: Work alongside adjusters and our production team to ensure the scope of work is accurate and the homeowner is supported from filing to final build.
Market Expansion: Build local rapport quickly in new territories to establish a strong “storm footprint.”

Who You Are
The Road Warrior: You are willing and able to travel for extended periods (often 4–8 weeks at a time) following major weather events.
The Persuader: You have a proven track record in direct sales, door-to-door, or storm restoration. You aren’t afraid of the word “No.”
Storm Savvy: You know how to read a hail map and can spot the difference between mechanical damage and a legitimate insurance claim.
Self-Motivated: You thrive with minimal supervision and are driven by a high-commission, performance-based environment.
Resilient: You have the “grit” to handle the physical demands of climbing ladders and the mental demands of a fast-paced deployment.

Requirements
Valid Driver’s License: And a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a ladder (truck/SUV preferred).
Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
Tech Proficiency: Ability to use CRM tools, hail tracking software, and photo documentation apps on the fly.
Experience: 1+ years in roofing sales or catastrophe restoration is highly preferred, but we will train the right “Natural Closer.”
