Total Exteriors is seeking motivated, hungry, and independent Sales Representatives to join our storm restoration division. With the recent severe weather hitting the Chicago metro area, homeowners need expert help—and we have the infrastructure to support you.

This is a high-volume, commission-only role where your income is limited only by your work ethic. While we provide qualified leads, we expect our reps to be “hunters” who can self-generate and knock doors to maximize their territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Storm Damage Inspections: Perform roof and exterior inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
Claim Management: Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims and meet with adjusters on-site.
Project Navigation: Follow every claim through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Lead Generation: Supplement company-provided leads with active door-knocking and networking in storm-impacted neighborhoods.

What We Look For:

Strong communication and “people” skills.
A “self-starter” mentality (you manage your own schedule).
Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
