When registering as a Candidate or Employer:

Candidate Responsibilities

Employer Responsibilities
Employers are expected to:

Provide clear and truthful job descriptions
Engage with applicants professionally
Storm Roster is not responsible for hiring decisions or employment outcomes.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the platform in any way. Prohibited behavior includes:
Uploading malicious software or attempting to breach site security
Using the platform to harass, spam, or scam others
Impersonating another person or company
Posting misleading, false, or inappropriate content
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Job Posting & Application Terms
Employers may post jobs using either free or paid options (if applicable). Candidates can apply to any open listings.
Job postings must:
Accurately represent the job title, description, and requirements
Not include discriminatory or offensive language
Clearly mention location (remote or on-site) and pay structure (if applicable)
Candidates understand that applying does not guarantee a response or job offer.
Messaging System
Storm Roster includes a built-in messaging feature between employers and candidates once an application is submitted. This feature is meant solely for job-related discussions.
You must not:
Use the chat to solicit services or sell products
Share abusive or inappropriate content
Exchange personal financial or sensitive information
All chats are subject to monitoring if abuse is reported.
Payments and Refund Policy
Employers purchasing job packages or premium services agree to the following terms:
All prices will be displayed clearly before purchase.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
We do not store credit card information.
Refunds are only available in cases of technical failure or service disruption, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
