Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Insurance Adjuster with experience in storm and property damage claims. As a key part of our restoration response team, you will assess property damages, estimate repair costs, and ensure fair claim settlements for property owners affected by storms, floods, hail, or other catastrophic events.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site property inspections to assess storm-related damage (roofing, siding, water, etc.)

Accurately document findings through photos, notes, and software-based tools

Prepare detailed estimates and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., Xactimate)

Communicate and coordinate with homeowners, contractors, public adjusters, and insurance companies

Assist in negotiating fair settlements and ensure policy compliance

Maintain accurate records and submit timely updates to internal teams

Travel to storm-impacted areas when needed
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a field or independent insurance adjuster preferred

Familiarity with storm restoration and construction processes

Proficient in damage estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, Symbility)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Licensure as required by state regulations (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Knowledge of public adjusting or working with third-party adjusters
Job Type: Contract or Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive base or commission-based pay depending on experience and role structure
Location: Travel-based; storm deployment required
