Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our storm restoration operations and drive the success of our regional team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, aligning field teams, managing sales and production goals, and ensuring top-tier service delivery across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily business operations including sales, production, and administration

Lead and mentor department heads, project managers, and office staff

Implement company policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize efficiency and compliance

Track and analyze key business metrics and drive performance improvements

Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets

Ensure compliance with insurance, safety, and legal requirements

Coordinate large-scale storm deployment strategies when needed

Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and insurance partners

Resolve escalated client concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience in the construction, restoration, or insurance-related industry

Proven experience managing teams, setting KPIs, and meeting revenue goals

Strong knowledge of storm restoration processes, insurance claims, and construction workflows

Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting

Proficiency with CRM, project management, and estimating software (e.g., Xactimate)

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Preferred Skills:

Experience in scaling restoration or roofing companies during CAT events
-
Familiarity with OSHA standards and construction compliance
-
Background in both sales and production is highly valued
