Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing and driven Sales Manager to lead our storm restoration sales team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for building, training, and motivating a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellence in customer engagement and project acquisition across storm-affected markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets

  • Oversee lead generation efforts and support sales reps in closing deals with property owners affected by storms

  • Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics to improve team efficiency

  • Collaborate with marketing, estimating, and project management teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and customer satisfaction

  • Stay current on market trends, insurance industry changes, and competitor activity

  • Support reps in-field as needed, assisting with door-to-door efforts, inspections, and homeowner consultations

  • Resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in roofing, construction, or storm restoration industries

  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • In-depth knowledge of insurance claims processes and storm restoration workflows

  • Ability to motivate and coach sales reps of varying experience levels

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally to job sites or storm zones

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in CAT (catastrophe) response or high-volume insurance restoration

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales strategies and public speaking

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary + override commissions + performance bonuses
Location: Regional with travel as needed
